1. General Information

EddieBirdie.com (“we”, “us” or “our”) is operated by EddieBirdie. Throughout the site, the terms “you” and “your” refer to users, customers, and/or visitors of our website.

2. Orders & Shipping

  • All orders are normally shipped within 2 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order items are dispatched within 5 business days.

  • Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available for selected pincodes within India on orders placed before 2 PM IST.

  • Business days exclude Sundays, Indian national holidays, and major festivals.

Delivery Timeline (India): 2–5 business days
Delays may occur due to unforeseen external factors beyond our control.

4. Payments

  • Prepaid Payments: Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available within India

  • Bank Transfer: On request only

5. Order Modification & Cancellation

You may update your shipping address or product size before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once an order has been dispatched, no modification or cancellation is possible.

6. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Order confirmation and tracking details are sent via email and/or WhatsApp. For any updates or issues, please contact our support team.

7. Account Creation

You may checkout as a guest or create an account to:

  • Save wishlists

  • Track orders

  • Request exchanges easily

  • Receive offers & updates

8. Duplicate Transactions

In rare cases, your bank may show multiple authorisations for the same order. Such entries are usually reversed within 12 hours. If not, please contact support (we may request a bank statement for verification).

9. Exchanges

We do not offer returns or refunds — however, we are happy to provide an exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Exchange Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the exclusive property of EddieBirdie and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall EddieBirdie be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
