Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds — however, we are happy to provide an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange Process
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll let you know if your exchange has been approved. If approved, we’ll dispatch your replacement item within 7–10 business days.
